Tiago Suncais da Cruz has a diversified work experience in various industries. Tiago started their career in 2007 with US Airways as a Lead Fleet Service Agent, where they were responsible for promoting a safe working environment and assisting in ground operations. Tiago then joined American Airlines in 2012 as a Shift Manager, overseeing operations and supervising a large team. In 2015, Tiago worked for the United States Postal Service as a Rural Carrier Associate, organizing and delivering mail. Tiago also worked at Swissport as a Lead, coordinating warehouse activities. In 2016, Tiago briefly worked as an independent contractor for Lyft, providing ride-sharing services. From 2016 to 2020, they held various roles at Envoy America, including Director of Operations and Dispatch Manager. Currently, Tiago is employed at nodMD as a Client Success Manager.

Tiago Suncais da Cruz attended Washburn Institute of Technology in 1998 for a certificate in Computer Aided Drafting and Design.
