Gard Wigdahl K.

Gard Wigdahl K. is a skilled project manager and sensory scientist currently employed at Nofima since January 2023, focusing on consumer recruitment, research participation, and statistical analysis of sensory tests. Previously, Gard served as the manager and brew master for Bryggerhuset at Aass Bryggeri AS from August 2015 to December 2023, where responsibilities included product launches, recipe formulation, brewing, sales, and marketing, resulting in over 150 unique beer recipes. Gard has extensive teaching experience in lower secondary schools, having worked as a contact teacher in various subjects from 2005 to 2023. With a diverse educational background, Gard holds qualifications in sensory evaluation, food and health, and languages from several Norwegian institutions, culminating in a Bachelor in Humanities majoring in English.
