Amina Khalid

Amina Khalid has a diverse range of work experience spanning different companies and roles. Amina'scurrent position is the Global Head of People at Noggin, a role they began in May 2022. Prior to this, Amina worked at Luxottica from 2018 to 2022, holding various HR-related positions such as Senior HRBP/HR Manager and HR Business Partner. Amina was also a Board Member at Street Industries Inc. from April 2020 to October 2021. Amina started their career at Cover-More Group in 2014, where they held roles such as HR Advisor and HR Coordinator. Additionally, they worked at Vodafone Australia as a Recruitment Coordinator and Retail Sales Consultant from 2009 to 2014.

Amina Khalid has a strong educational background in the field of business administration and management. Amina obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Wollongong between 2008 and 2010. Following this, they pursued further specialization in the field of Human Resource Management by completing a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the same university, which they obtained between 2010 and 2012. Amina's commitment to enhancing their knowledge and skills led their to pursue a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management at the University of Technology Sydney, which they completed between 2017 and 2019. Furthermore, they have also obtained a certification called the EssilorLuxottica Accelerate Programme from LEADERSHAPE Consulting Pty Ltd in March 2022, indicating their continued professional development.
