Chief Operating Officer at Noggin

Nicole Boddam-Whetham has a diverse work experience in various leadership and management roles. Nicole began their career at Fairfax Media in 1996, where they held the position of Senior Consultant, Business Improvement. In this role, they focused on implementing large-scale systems, reducing costs, and optimizing sales across different media formats.

In 2003, Nicole joined CSIRO as the Manager of the Strategic Change Program. Nicole provided strategic guidance and oversaw the implementation of various change initiatives until 2008.

Nicole then moved to Noggin in 2008, where they held the role of General Manager until 2013. During their time at Noggin, they were responsible for general management duties.

In 2013, Nicole joined Blue Seed Consulting as a Senior Change Management Consultant. Nicole provided consulting advice on change management operating models and led large-scale corporate change initiatives.

Nicole returned to Noggin in 2014 as the Director of People Optimization. In this role, they focused on improving organizational capabilities and supporting the C-suite in decision-making and strategy implementation. In 2017, they were promoted to Director of People & Finance, where they assumed global responsibility for people, finance, and business operations. In July 2019, they were promoted to the role of Chief Operating Officer, continuing their contributions to the company's growth aspirations and business operations.

Nicole Boddam-Whetham has a diverse education history. Nicole first attended Macquarie University from 1993 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 1998 to 1999. There, Nicole completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Change Management. Nicole furthered their education at AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 1999 to 2000, obtaining another Post Graduate Diploma, this time in Management. Nicole's education journey culminated in 2002-2003 when they attended INSEAD, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business.
