Shona Keall

Shona Keall has had a varied work experience since 2011. Shona began their career as a student and Teacher's Assistant for Intro to Marketing at Dalhousie University. Shona then held a Marketing Intern role at STI Technologies Limited in 2012, followed by a Brand Coordinator role at Solar Global Solutions in 2013. Shona also held a Media Assistant role at Rose Wagner Media in 2013 and a Junior Marketing Manager role at Bell Aliant in 2014. In 2015, they were a Fellow at Venture for Canada and also held a Business Development Manager and Marketing and Sales Support Manager role at Metamaterial Technologies Inc. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Customer Success Lead and Customer Success Manager at Swept. Shona is currently Manager, Customer Success at Noibu, a position they have held since 2022.

Shona Keall has a diverse educational background. Shona began their studies in 2007, graduating from Acton-Boxborough Regional High School in 2011. Shona then attended Dalhousie University, earning a Bachelor of Commerce in 2015 with a major in Marketing Management. In 2013, they completed continuing education courses in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign at Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC. In 2015 and 2016, they attended Sandler for sales training, and in 2017 they completed a continuing education course in Human Resource Management at Nova Scotia Community College - NSCC.
