Agnieszka Drabent

Agnieszka Drabent is an experienced R&D Manager at Nokia, leading a software development team and driving product development through Agile methodologies since February 2015. Responsibilities include defining R&D unit strategy, managing project risks, allocating headcount, and overseeing budget planning. Agnieszka's previous roles include Team Leader positions as a Python Developer and Test Automation Engineer, where skills in web application development, SQL, and Agile practices were demonstrated. Earlier experience as an Integration & Verification Engineer involved test case development and automation scripting. Agnieszka began their career at SMT Software as a Software Tester, focusing on manual and automated testing of web applications and REST API services.
