Emma Cashmore is a seasoned expert in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Nokia since February 2024, Emma leads the DEI strategy and implementation initiatives. As the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Culture Director at Cashmore Advisory, Emma advises executive leaders on addressing equity gaps and creating transformative DEI solutions. Prior roles include the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Director for International at Meta, where Emma played a pivotal role in developing DEI strategies across EMEA, LATAM, and APAC. Emma has also contributed to DEI initiatives at KPMG UK, BP, and Citi, and has earlier experience in recruitment and sales within the financial and IT sectors. Emma holds qualifications from Wharton Executive Education and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
