Martin Holecek

Martin Holecek has extensive experience in telecommunications and network management, currently serving as the Head of NW Planning & Optimization at Nokia since April 2007, overseeing a team of 30 and responsible for P&L, contract negotiations, and customer interfaces. Prior to Nokia, Martin Holecek held various managerial roles at PT Siemens Indonesia from January 2001 to December 2006, including O&M Manager and KPI Integration Manager, managing teams of up to 55 people. Earlier career stages at Siemens CZ involved multiple engineering roles from 1997 to 2000, and initial career experience included a position as Lead Technician at Blue Panther from June 1996 to April 1997. Martin Holecek holds educational qualifications from Czech Technical University in Prague and Electrical Academy Radlicka.
