Taylor Matich is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with over seven years of experience at Nolan Transportation Group (NTG), where Taylor has held various leadership roles since January 2016, culminating in the position of Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Taylor has a proven track record of collaborating with executives to forecast hiring needs and implement effective recruitment strategies across the organization. Previous positions include leading sales hiring efforts, managing regional recruiting teams, and overseeing training initiatives for office managers to ensure unbiased interview practices.
