Nicolau R.

Nicolau R.'s work experience starts in 2004 as a Commercial Analyst at Hamburg Sud, where they managed customer service and contracts for key accounts. Nicolau later became a Customer Service Backoffice and Assistant in the documentation department. In 2007, Nicolau co-founded Logimex Brasil, a logistics company, where they handled financial and commercial management. Nicolau also developed markets and managed international partnerships. Nicolau joined Indra in 2014 as a Manager, responsible for public bidding in various market niches. Nicolau handled over 500 offers per year, totaling over R$1 billion. In 2019, Nicolau joined Prosegur as a Manager and later a Senior Manager. Nicolau was responsible for public and private bidding, team and budget management, and received commercial training. Currently, Nicolau holds the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Noleak Defence, starting in 2021.

Nicolau R. completed their Bachelor's degree in International Business from Universidade de Fortaleza, a four-year program from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they attended the Goethe Institute, where they focused on studying the German language. In 2016, Nicolau went on to pursue an MBA at IBMEC, specializing in Business, which they completed in 2018.
