Rachel Madryga

Rachel Madryga is currently the Diversity & STEM Program Manager at the Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC), where Rachel oversees K-12 STEM engagement and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Rachel has a background in architecture, design, and project management, with experience at various organizations such as NOMA and MKTG. Rachel holds multiple degrees in architecture, urban design, and construction management. Rachel has also been involved in precollege programming, graphic design, and environmental teaching assistant roles throughout their career.
