Christopher Dale McIpd

Christopher Dale MCIPD has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Christopher most recently served as the Head of HR Centre for UK & Ireland at Nomad Foods. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of HR Service Delivery at Unum UK and the Corporate Head of HR at the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames. Additionally, Christopher held the position of People Services Delivery Manager for UK & Ireland at Royal London. Christopher also gained valuable experience at BDO UK LLP as the HR Manager for the Shared Service Centre & Scotland and the Senior HR Services Manager. Christopher's career also includes roles such as Interim Global HRSS Manager at BG Group and Head of Performance & Improvement, HR Shared Services at EDF Energy. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong commitment to optimizing HR processes and delivering exceptional services.

Christopher Dale MCIPD completed the Leadership Development Programme at Aspire from 2013 to 2014. In 2007, they also completed the Learning Leadership Programme at IMD, specializing in Sustaining High Performance. In terms of higher education, they obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Employee Relations from Coventry University in the academic year 1988-1989. Prior to that, they earned a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from Coventry University from 1986 to 1988. Christopher's academic journey began at York Sixth Form College in 1985 where they studied Maths with Statistics, Economics, and General Studies. Christopher completed their secondary education at Nunthorpe Grammar School for boys in York from 1978 to 1985. Additionally, they are a Chartered Member of CIPD, certified in 1989.
