Martin Pavitt

Martin Pavitt has over 30 years of experience in engineering roles within the food industry. Martin started their career as a multi-skilled engineering apprentice at Birds Eye Walls Ltd in 1987 and worked their way up to the role of engineering technician. In 2003, they became a project technician at the same company. In 2007, they joined Birds Eye Iglo Ltd as a project engineer and later became a senior project engineer and project engineering manager. In 2015, they were promoted to the position of chief engineer at Birds Eye Iglo Ltd.

From 1983 to 1986, Martin Pavitt attended Bungay High School, but did not graduate with a degree or specialize in any particular field of study.
