Garrett Weber-Gale

Garrett Weber-Gale is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales, operations, and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as the Director of Sales & Operations at Camping World and Co-Founder of Powder Term, Weber-Gale focuses on innovative educational experiences for middle school students. As Chief Operating Officer at Nomad Reservations, Weber-Gale enhances outdoor hospitality through advanced reservation technologies. Previously, Weber-Gale held various roles at Kazoo, Sandler Training, and Acton School of Business, culminating in leadership positions that emphasized entrepreneurship and business development. A former Olympic swimmer with multiple accolades, including two gold medals from the 2008 Beijing Olympics, Weber-Gale is also a public speaker advocating for personal growth and goal achievement.
