Fábio Gonçalves Lourenço

Fábio Gonçalves Lourenço has a range of work experience in the IT field. Fábio started their career as an Analyst Support at Ypê from August 2011 to February 2019. Then, they worked as an Analyst Support at Stefanini Brasil from September 2019 to March 2020. Fábio then joined CI&T as an IT Analyst in March 2020 and worked there until December 2021. In their role at CI&T, they provided support to employees both in person and remotely, managed and controlled domain through Active Directory, utilized DHCP tool for IP management, managed email accounts and groups through Google Workspace, handled incidents through Zendesk, monitored service level agreement (SLA) indicators, had experience with remote connection software, managed Office 365 accounts, managed layout changes, created documentation, installed and updated software, and prepared equipment for employees. Fábio is currently working as an Infrastructure Analyst at Nomad starting from December 2021.

Fábio Gonçalves Lourenço pursued their education at Estácio from 2019 to 2022, where they completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Analise e Desenvolvimento de Sistema.
