Henrique Bonfá Custódio

Henrique Bonfá Custódio has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Henrique started their career as a Sales Representative at Elétrica AREA from August 2018 to April 2019. Henrique then interned at CCL Brasil as a Production Planning and Control Intern from May 2019 to December 2019. During this internship, they developed a VBA tool to automate Excel tasks.

After that, Henrique worked at Bosch Brasil as an IT Project Management Assistant from May 2021 to January 2022. Henrique managed order and cost management and led automation initiatives with specialized teams in India and Germany. Henrique also worked as a Project Management Intern at Bosch Brasil from January 2020 to May 2021, where they assisted project managers in developing new fuel supply modules for vehicle manufacturers and contributed to digital transformation initiatives.

Following their time at Bosch Brasil, Henrique joined CI&T as a Software Development Intern from February 2022 to August 2022. Henrique collaborated with a team to build a customer interaction analytics tool, utilizing Python (Fast API framework) and Vue.js (Typescript) for frontend and backend development.

Most recently, Henrique joined Husky in August 2022 as a Software Engineer through their on-the-job training program, Husky Academy. Henrique worked on modernizing and improving the maintainability of Husky's modular monolith. Henrique applied SOLID, OOP, and functional programming principles to refactor the codebase, reducing coupling and increasing readability. Their efforts established new testing and coding guidelines for the organization.

From 2018 to 2022, they studied at Wyden and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering.

In the years 2015 to 2017, Henrique attended Escola Técnica Estadual "Bento Quirino" and earned a Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics.
