Jackie Boone is currently the VP of Customer Success at Nomadic Learning. Jackie has over 10 years of experience in account management and customer success. Jackie Boone has a proven track record of developing strong relationships with their clients and helping them achieve their goals.

Previously, Jackie Boone was the Client Success Director at Education Partners, LLC from March 2016 to July 2018. In this role, they oversaw the success of their clients and collaborated with senior leaders to create customized and high-impact learning solutions. Jackie Boone was able to help meet and exceed the goals of their clients in recruiting, developing, and retaining talent.

Before Education Partners, LLC, Jackie Boone worked as an Account Executive at Apollo Education Group from August 2011 to April 2014. At Apollo Education Group, Jackie Boone focused on the acquisition and development of strategic business partnerships with local and national companies, government agencies, and higher education institutions. Jackie was also responsible for training opportunities and workshops that coincided with new federal and state regulations.

Jackie Boone began their career in 2007 as an Account Executive at Sallie Mae where they collaborated with senior leadership at colleges and universities to provide funding solutions for parents and students. Jackie Boone was successful in developing new business and served as a trusted advisor to their clientele.

Jackie Boone has a Master's in Education with a focus in Counseling and College Personnel Services from The University of Southern Mississippi. Jackie also has a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from The University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, they are certified as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
