Jackie was also responsible for training opportunities and workshops that coincided with new federal and state regulations.

Jackie Boone began their career in 2007 as an Account Executive at Sallie Mae where they collaborated with senior leadership at colleges and universities to provide funding solutions for parents and students. Jackie Boone was successful in developing new business and served as a trusted advisor to their clientele.

Jackie Boone has a Master's in Education with a focus in Counseling and College Personnel Services from The University of Southern Mississippi. Jackie also has a Bachelor's in Hospitality Management from The University of Southern Mississippi. In addition, they are certified as a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
