Michele Ocampo

Michele Ocampo is currently the Director of Partnerships at Nomadic Learning. Prior to this, they were an Executive Recruitment Advisor at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School, where they managed recruitment and business development strategy for the top-ranked Master of Science in Organization Development (MSOD) and Executive MBA (EMBA) programs. Michele has also worked as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Monster and as the Director of Sales and Operations at Babiators. At Babiators, they were responsible for managing all sales, operations and customer service functions within the US sales channel, which accounted for 70% of the global business. Michele also cultivated relationships with international distributors and partners across 9 different countries and was responsible for revenue and accounts receivable reporting.

Michele Ocampo has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from New York University and is currently a MSOD Candidate at Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in Organization Development.
