Michelle Hurst

Michelle Hurst has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michelle has worked as a VP of Revenue Operations at Nomi Health since 2023. Before that, they were the Director of Revenue Operations at Artemis Health from 2020 to 2023. Prior to these roles, Michelle worked at Verisys Corporation as the Director of Sales Operations from 2017 to 2020, where they managed the development and implementation of various organizational-wide initiatives. Michelle also worked at Sera Prognostics as the Customer Experience Director from 2015 to 2017, where they led the development of infrastructure and optimization of the customer journey. Michelle has also held positions at Intermountain Healthcare and ARUP Laboratories, where they managed website content and projects, respectively. Additionally, they have experience as a Research Assistant at Huntsman Cancer Institute, where they managed research studies and redesigned patient education materials.

Michelle Hurst, MPC holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Utah. In 2012, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Professional Communication degree from Weber State University. In addition to their academic qualifications, Michelle has also earned several certifications, including the Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance in September 2020, the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification in 2019, and the Salesforce Certified Administrator in 2016.
