Linda van Loon has a diverse work experience in the field of fermentation and laboratory management. Linda has worked as a Public Speaker since 2022 and has expertise in addressing fermentation challenges in breweries. Linda has also worked as a Fermentation Consultant, offering customized solutions for fermentation issues in the brewing industry.

In 2021, Linda served as a Fermentation Scientist and Lab Manager at Norwegian Mycelium (NoMy), where they focused on lab operations and data analysis. In 2018, Linda obtained a General Certificate in Brewing, also from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling. In 2017, they acquired certifications in LEAN manufacturing and Yellow belt from The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson.
