Han Zhang has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Starting in 2006, Han worked as a Business Representative at Marcus Evans and later as a US Equity Analyst at ChinafundLP. In 2007, Han joined Beijing Shihua Financial and worked as an IT Industry Analyst until 2009. From 2011 to 2017, Han worked as a Treasury Analyst at PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Following this, Han held the role of Senior Financial Analyst, Treasury at Abercrombie & Fitch from 2017 to 2018. In the same year, Han briefly worked as an Analyst, Trade Reporting at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. From 2018 to 2020, Han served as the Head of Treasury at Nippon Wealth Limited, a Restricted Licence Bank. In 2021, Han worked as a Treasury Manager at Ping An OneConnect Bank (Hong Kong) Limited, and currently holds the position of Head of Treasury at Nonghyup Bank.

Han Zhang CTP, ATMP completed a Master's degree in International Business in Finance from Bournemouth University in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from the University of Greenwich in 2003. Han Zhang also holds the certification of Certified Treasury Professional, which was obtained in July 2017 from the Association for Financial Professionals.
