The Learning & Impact team at Nonprofit Finance Fund focuses on evaluating and enhancing the effectiveness of NFF’s programs and services. They gather and analyze data to measure outcomes, support continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with the organization’s mission of helping nonprofits adapt, thrive, and drive positive change. This team also integrates principles of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging into their metrics and strategies to better serve the nonprofit community.
