Alicia Schoshinski

Managing Director, Talent & Development at Nonprofit HR

Alicia Schoshinski is the Managing Director, Talent & Development at Nonprofit HR and a former Senior HR Business Partner. In her Senior HRBP role, Alicia worked with clients to provide a talent management strategy aligned with their strategic goals and missions. As a co-lead for the firm’s Knowledge practice, she develops and facilitates workplace learning and information sharing.

Alicia brings more than 25 years of progressive HR management experience including her work with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting where she served as Senior Director, Human Resources Management and Development. She has facilitated workforce realignments and created performance management programs, internal communications strategies and leadership development programs. She also has expertise in affirmative action programs, EEO and HR metrics.

She holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Marymount University and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management with an emphasis on human resources from The Catholic University of America. Alicia holds the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, as well as the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification, Senior Human Resources Business Partner (sHRBP) and Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) certifications from the Human Capital Institute (HCI). Alicia is also a member of SHRM and the HR Leadership Forum.
