Jason Mitterwager offers subject matter expertise, passion and experience as a talent acquisition recruiting innovator. Throughout his career and portfolio of engagements, Jason has executed searches from junior roles to strategic C-suite positions. Having focused his career on executive C-level search, global talent acquisition and HR recruiting best practices, he has deep expertise in organizational development (OD) and leadership talent development. Jason has engaged global leaders in major business sectors with Fortune 5, Fortune 50 and Fortune 500 companies, as well as emerging growth companies. Throughout Jason’s career, he has partnered with firms and organizations, public and private, in the areas of audit, accounting, risk, financial services, consumer products and goods (CP&G), bio-tech pharmaceutical, healthcare, retail, big box retail, fashion and luxury retail, industrial manufacturing supply chain, professional services, advanced technology and emerging software, AmLaw BigLaw, as well as private equity and venture capital.

Jason offers expertise in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) as well as extensive experience in strategically formulating a global talent acquisition strategy to address human capital needs. Also, he often performs speaking engagements and instructional seminars to various global business clientele on aspects ranging from human resources strategy, organizational re-engineering, executive coaching, executive search and talent acquisition, development and retention, and individual counseling and development.

Jason obtained his Master of Counseling Psychology (MACP) degree from Mercy College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Pre-Law from Binghamton University. Jason is an ABD (All But Dissertation) in a Doctorate (EdD) in Organizational Leadership, with a focus on human resources and organizational development. He also plays an active role in his community where he presently serves on various charity and good will boards, real estate and community service committees and remains a participant in several youth athletic programs. Jason received a Community Service Award for assisting a fellow community member in an emergency crisis. He was also a four-year letterman in baseball at Binghamton University, where he served as Team Captain and earned All-League and Team MVP honors. He was invited to professional tryouts with the New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers, Cincinnati Reds and Catskill Cougars, and is a member of the Binghamton University Alumni and Athletic Association.
