Anika Metikosh Rikikj is an experienced recruitment and talent acquisition professional, currently leading the Talent Acquisition team at IT Labs since December 2021, where achievements include expanding the international team and increasing headcount by 55% in one year. Concurrently, Anika serves as Program Coordinator and Lecturer at Growth Labs Academy, focusing on empowering young professionals in lead generation within the IT Outsourcing sector.
