Tricia White

Consultant, Outsourcing at Nonprofit HR

Tricia White began her human resources experience as a member of the Army National Guard. Transitioning from military human resources into the nonprofit sector, she developed a wide skill set and expertise in organizational change management, employee relations, culture and HR policy and procedure. As a consultant for Nonprofit HR, she lends over 10 years of experience to strategic human resources thought partnership and operational support.

Previously, Tricia served as the Human Resources Director and Chief Human Resources Officer for nonprofit agencies specializing in mental health and substance use disorders. She has experience with Joint Commission and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF). Tricia developed and oversaw human resources metrics to ensure strategy goals were met. Additionally, she worked to develop comprehensive performance management plans including training for expectations and outcomes.

Tricia earned her bachelor’s degree as well as Master of Human Resources Management (MHR) degree from Southern New Hampshire University. She is a Certified Professional through the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Coach Practitioner for Human Resources and Career Coaching through The Coach Academy. She is an active member of SHRM as well as Human Capital Institute.
