Anastasiya Marchuk

Anastasiya Marchuk currently serves as Head of Mission at Nonviolent Peaceforce since December 2023, overseeing civilian protection programs in Ukraine and engaging with high-level stakeholders. Previously, Anastasiya held multiple leadership roles at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) from May 2018 to December 2023, including Head of Programs and Deputy Head of Sub-Delegation, focusing on program design, field security management, and organizational representation amidst conflict. Earlier experience includes roles with the European Union Border Assistance Mission, where analytical support and conflict resolution were central. Anastasiya's educational background features advanced degrees in International Law in Conflicts from the Geneva Academy and various certificates in humanitarian communication, negotiation, and conflict analysis from prestigious institutions.
