Colin Protch

Colin Protch has a diverse range of work experience. Colin started their career as a General Manager at Nick's Steak & Seafood in 2006 and then moved on to become an Executive Sous Chef at Horizon Hospitality in 2008. In 2009, Colin became a Regional Sales Manager at Three Twins Organic Ice Cream, where they played a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies. Colin also managed special events and brand building operations.

Colin then transitioned into the financial sector, starting as a Financial Analyst at Whole Foods Market in 2011. Colin later became a Team Leader at Whole Foods, where they successfully opened two new locations and received an award for outstanding financial and retail performance.

In 2017, Colin joined Noodles & Company as a Finance Manager, responsible for financial management and reporting. Colin was later promoted to Director of Strategic Finance / FP&A, where they partnered with senior executives and led various financial initiatives such as P&L performance ownership and corporate finance forecasting. Colin drove transformation within the finance team by establishing business partnerships and modernizing reporting processes.
