Tristen Schultz is an accomplished talent acquisition leader with extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Noodles & Company since June 2007. Tristen has a proven track record in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies across various organizational levels, overseeing large-scale talent initiatives for 385 locations, and optimizing recruitment processes with relevant technologies. As the inaugural lead for the PROUD employee resource group, Tristen has driven LGBTQIA+ awareness and inclusivity initiatives. Tristen's prior roles include managing restaurant operations and training, contributing to the successful launch of new locations, and actively engaging in industry discussions as a Board Member of the Restaurant Recruitment Roundtable. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice and an Associate's degree in Forensic Science.
