Noogata.com is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to join our growing team.

The relevant candidates will have experience in both Early Stage and Scaling SaaS Startups, and will have managed Finance and Legal operations, Human Resources functions, and Office Operations, and have had experience in typical startup operational projects such as-  budget planning, operational optimizations, fundraising, setting up new teams and sites, recruiting across all functions and levels and keeping a startup laser-focused on achieving its' next big milestone. 

Responsibilities:

  • End to end collaboration with and review of finance team on all financial operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts payable and Payroll 
  • End to end collaboration with legal liaisons on Company legal matters including Customer, vendor, employee and investment agreements and relationships 
  • Collaborate with CEO and leadership team on budget planning, KPI tracking, special initiatives and company communications and policies, as well as company culture and strategic direction
  • Collaborate with CEO on nurturing the Company's relationship with Our Board of Directors and Investors, including quarterly and ad-hoc reporting and meetings
  • Hands-on management of the company's HR front, including recruiting, Onboarding, Offboarding and employee lifecycle
  • Ownership over the Company's office operations, including employee welfare
  • Continuously help steer the Company towards its' next set of milestones - meeting internal and external KPIs, outpacing the competition, fundraising, etc.
  • Don't just solve problems - prevent them ;) 

Requirements:

  • Total of 7+ years of experience in Operational roles in tech, in at least 2+ different companies (Early Stage and Scaling SaaS's)
  • Fluent English, written and spoken - ability to present to senior stakeholder with confidence 
  • Experience with SaaS budget and Finance Operations (full monthly and quarterly cycle of payments, payroll, BvA, KPIs)
  • Experience in Tech Recruiting (Candidate sourcing, Process management, Candidate experience, ATS, Compensation and Benefits)
  • Exceptional management, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, in a diverse team of professionals
