Roni Lieber

Roni Lieber has had an extensive work experience. From 2002 to 2009, they worked for the Israel Defense Forces in two roles: Psychotechnic manager and Psychotechnic interviewer. From 2009 to 2013, they were an SAT instructor at Kidum. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at McKinsey & Company in five roles: Product Launch Manager, OrgLab Solution Manager, Organizational Solution Designer, People Analytics Solution Strategist, and Business Analyst. Since 2019, they have been the Chief Operating Officer, VP of Operations, and Head of Talent and Professional Development at Noogata.

Roni Lieber obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Tel Aviv University between 2006 and 2009. Roni then went on to receive a Master's degree in Pyschobiology from the same university between 2010 and 2012. Additionally, they were certified as a Psychologist by Tel Aviv University.
