Amanda Otto

Amanda Otto, M. Ed, CAPM, is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the CX Learning & Development Senior Manager at Noom Inc. since May 2021. In this role, Amanda leads the creation of educational programs aimed at enhancing customer interactions by onboarding and continuously supporting employees within coaching and customer support teams. Additionally, since November 2017, Amanda has been a professor at Portland State University, teaching a course on Developing Training Materials in a hybrid format for both graduate and undergraduate students. Prior positions include Manager of Learning & Development at Simple Finance, Training and Development Manager at Willamette University, and Senior Training & Development Specialist at Unitus Community Credit Union, where Amanda spearheaded various training programs and compliance initiatives.
