Jordan Ecker

Jordan Ecker is a seasoned quality assurance leader with a robust background in software engineering and technical support. Currently serving as the Director of Quality Assurance at Noom Inc. since April 2015, Jordan successfully built and expanded the QA team to over 30 members and implemented a mobile release pipeline that facilitates more than 100 app releases annually. Prior experience includes significant roles at S&P Capital IQ, where Jordan advanced from Product Support Engineer to Lead Product Support Engineer, managing technical support and product management activities, and at Fidessa as a System Specialist focusing on real-time trading platforms. Jordan's career began in education as the Founder and Tutor for Topp Tutors, complemented by a BS in Computer Science from Tufts University.
