Manju Pothen

Manju Catherine Pothen is an experienced design professional with a focus on service design, design strategy, and user research. Currently serving as Associate Design Director at Noora Health since May 2022, roles have included Senior Design Lead and Lead Service Designer within The Caregiving Lab. Prior to this, Manju held the position of Lead Service Designer at Designit and Lead Design Strategist at IcarusNova. Additional experience includes serving as Design Manager at Doxper, Design Consultant at Philips, and involvement in early-stage design for healthcare devices as a Research Scientist at Philips. Manju's educational background includes an MSc in Integrated Product Design from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University Chennai.
