Paul Heeringa

Paul Heeringa currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of WaterWipes, a rapidly growing family-owned company in the wet wipes category, since 2023. Additionally, Paul holds a position as a Non-Executive Director on the Supervisory Board of Nooteboom Textiles, a leader in fabric wholesale, since December 2022. Previous roles include CEO and Managing Director of Wella Company for the DACH region from 2020 to 2022, where Paul developed growth strategies and managed full P&L responsibilities, and CEO of Coty Professional Beauty in the same region from 2018 to 2020, where a major carve-out was successfully executed. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at L'Oréal and Beiersdorf, where Paul managed various regions and business units, including personal care and cosmetics. Notable achievements encompass establishing a new regional management unit for Beiersdorf in the META region and leading significant turnarounds in multiple roles.
