Kristina Thim

Kristina Thim has extensive work experience in various industries and roles. Kristina currently serves as the COO at norbloc, a position they began in January 2023. Prior to this, in 2022, they took a break from work for freelance consulting and spending time with their family.

From 2013 to 2022, Kristina Thim worked at McKinsey & Company, where they held multiple roles. Kristina started as a Management Consultant in January 2013 and later became the EEMA Go-to-Market Manager for Strategic Pricing & Negotiations in December 2015. From May 2018 to April 2019, they served as the Hub Manager for McKinsey Academy Middle East.
