Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new account, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Generate quotes, sales leads, project set ups, dodge leads, and other documentation as requested.
  • CRM Management.
  • Collect different quotes from subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Present complex and detailed reports to management.
  • Perform evaluation of quotes and provide pricing in a timely manner.
  • Review and complete quote forms and ensure they are within the given specifications.
  • Support Business Development by providing excellent customer service to many customers from different industries.
  • Vet and generate leads to outside sales team from incoming prospects.
  • Develop relationships with clients by taking phone calls, responding to emails, and having a proactive approach.
  • Manage all communication and internal documentation with a high level of detail and urgency.
  • Responsible for outbound engagement to prospective customers with a high level of detail and urgency.
  • Attend and engage in all team meetings, trainings, and professional networking events as directed.
  • Regularly provide thoughtful feedback to management, and welcome constructive feedback to further develop your abilities and leadership potential.
  • Act as a team player, assisting coworkers even when not personally benefiting from your efforts.

  • Outstanding mathematics and software utilization abilities.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Administrative/Sales assistant experience.

Required Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, verbally, and written skills with customers and employees.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, word, excel, outlook and CRM platforms.

  • Must have organizational skills and be detail oriented. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
