Luis Leal

Luis (Tito) Leal is the CEO and Founder of LB&A, Inc., established in April 2020, specializing in accounting and tax services for small businesses. Since October 2020, Luis has served as an Independent Consultant at the Renaissance Entrepreneurship Center, offering mentorship and training to entrepreneurs and small business owners on financial management. Additionally, Luis has consulting roles at Prospera and the Northern California SBDC beginning in August 2022 and January 2024, respectively. Prior to these ventures, Luis accumulated extensive experience at EY from October 2000 to April 2020, progressing through various audit management positions, and worked as a Staff Auditor at Bargalló, Cardoso y Asociados, S.C. from May 1998 to May 2000. Luis holds a Postgraduate degree in International Financial Reporting Standards from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México and a Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting from Escuela Bancaria y Comercial.
