Paul Blas

Paul Blas, SHRM-SCP, has extensive experience in human resources. Paul currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at Norco, Inc. starting in September 2021. Prior to that, from 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Area Human Resources Manager at St. Luke's Health System.

Paul also has a strong background in managing human resources in the healthcare industry. From 2012 to 2021, they served as the Manager of Human Resources at St. Luke's Wood River Medical Center, responsible for workforce management, training, employee relations, compliance, strategic planning, and employee engagement.

Before joining St. Luke's, Paul worked as a Human Resource Officer at the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality from 2006 to 2012. In 2005, they served as a Human Resource Manager at Idaho State School and Hospital. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2005, they held the position of Human Resource Specialist Sr. at the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality.
