Robert Lagus

Robert Lagus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Robert began their career as a Photographer at StudioElite, where they gained experience in studio, portrait, and wedding photography. Robert later transitioned to a consultancy service provided by Lagus Enterprises.

Robert then worked as a Business Development Manager at Optec - International, where they were responsible for finding new markets and updating the company's strategy.

Robert also had a role as a Trainee at the Department of International Affairs at Saint Petersburg State Medical Academy, where they developed international relations with other universities and initiated student exchange programs.

Robert's experience in the tech industry includes roles at glispa, where they worked as an Account Coordinator, Publisher Development Coordinator, and Network Operations Manager. Robert was responsible for campaign management, technical support, and fraud prevention.

Robert then joined SOFTGAMES as a Senior Ad Ops Manager, focusing on direct media sales and improving ad-buying and delivery strategies.

At glispa GmbH, Robert served as the Associate Director of Network Operations, driving innovation and leading the team in fraud prevention, tracking troubleshooting, and business intelligence.

Their most recent experience is at Next Games, where they worked as a Performance Marketing Manager, leading user acquisition for the game "The Walking Dead No Man's Land" and preparing for the launch of "The Walking Dead - Our World".

Currently, Robert is working at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as a Senior Cloud Architect and Lead Cloud Architect. Robert is responsible for developing the "Landing Zone" product on Google Cloud and guiding the implementation of technical designs for customers.

Robert Lagus has a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Management and Organisation from Hanken School of Economics, which they obtained in 2012. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Management and Organisation at the same institution, from 2005 to 2012. In 2004-2005, Robert Lagus studied Russian and Russian Culture at the Saint Petersburg State University of Culture and Arts. Robert also holds additional certifications such as Scrum Team Training from agile42, International Coaching Certification from WeCreate - The Future. Today., and Google Cloud certifications.
