Tuuli Niininen

Tuuli Niininen has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Tuuli currently works at Nordcloud, an IBM Company, as the People Director for Markets and Sales. Prior to that, they held the position of People Director for Sales and Portfolio at Nordcloud. Previously, they worked at Posti Group Oyj, where they served as the Digital and Operational HR Lead and VP of HR Solutions. Tuuli also held the role of HR Director at Posti Service Center, heading the HR Service Area and providing HR support for managers in Finland and Baltics. Additionally, they worked as a Business HR for Itella Logistics Finland and Baltics. Tuuli also gained experience at Konecranes as the Corporate Head of Compensation and Performance Management and as a Manager in HRM, where they were responsible for HR process development and performance management. Tuuli also worked at Nokia in several roles, including Senior Manager of Recruitment and Global Resourcing, Senior Manager of Performance Management and HRD, Human Resources Manager at Nokia Networks, and Senior Human Resources Consultant at Nokia Networks, Professional Services. Tuuli started their career at Nokia Telecommunications as a Human Resources Consultant, where they developed and implemented a Recruitment Assessment concept and methods.

Tuuli Niininen obtained a Psych. Licenciate degree in Psychology from the University of Helsinki, completing their education from 1989 to 1994. Tuuli also obtained a certification in Big Data from Aalto University Executive Education Ltd in August 2021.
