Marco Campos

Marco Campos has a comprehensive work experience in the field of software engineering and infrastructure operations. Marco is currently working as a Lead Software Engineer at Nordea Asset Management, responsible for platform engineering. Prior to that, they served as a Lead Infrastructure and Operations Engineer at Philip Morris International, where they were involved in the development and sale of smoke-free products. Marco also worked as a Lead DevOps Engineer at Out.Cloud, specializing in digital transformation, and as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at Talkdesk, focusing on improving customer experience. Marco has also held positions at Marionete, Runtime Revolution, Sherpany, and Datacomp, where they gained expertise in areas such as DevOps, data science, and software development. Marco's achievements include implementing DevOps practices, improving web APIs, and building secure and scalable solutions for various organizations.

Marco Campos obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Informatics Engineering and Business Management from the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal in 2009. In addition, they have obtained multiple certifications, including Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate, HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, and Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist. Marco also holds certifications in DevOps Foundations, DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering, Chef, Docker, Ansible, and Puppet, all obtained in 2022.
