Alina Chepik

Alina Chepik is an experienced Agile Coach and Release Train Engineer at Nordea since December 2018, previously holding roles as Project Manager and Scrum Master. In July 2023, Alina transitioned to the role of Group CEO at I.M.S. GROUP SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ. Prior experience includes serving as Director and Scrum Master at Pacto Systems from April 2017 to November 2018, and Project Manager at GT-Trans from September 2010 to December 2016. Alina's expertise encompasses coordinating agile teams, managing internet product development projects, collaborating with stakeholders, driving process improvements, and overseeing project timelines. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Polish Language and Literature from the University of the National Education Commission in Krakow and another Master's degree from the National Pedagogical University 'M.P. Drahomanov' in Kyiv, both obtained from 2005 to 2010.
