Hilary Mak

Hilary Mak is an experienced PMO Specialist currently serving in the Chief of Staff Office at Nordea, focusing on bank-wide transformation initiatives, including the ESG Program and Model Development Program. Prior to this role, Hilary worked as a Transformation Partner at Svitzer and as a Change and Transformation Consultant at NoA Connect, delivering organizational transformation for well-known clients. Hilary's expertise lies in people and organizational transformation, utilizing agile methodologies to enhance business delivery and stakeholder engagement. Previous experience includes a Senior Change Analyst position at AXA, where Hilary facilitated change management in digitalization and compliance projects, and internships at Mercer and Mercedes-Benz AG.
