Yura Raiskiy

Yura Raiskiy has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Intern at LUKOIL. In 2016, they had multiple internships at JSC RUSNANO and The Boston Consulting Group (BCG). In 2016, they also worked as an Intern Reservoir Engineer at Gazprom Neft, where they conducted feasibility assessment research for unconventional assets. Yura continued their internship at BCG in 2017 and then joined Shell as a Project Engineer, where they were involved in technical management and joint venture negotiations. From 2019 to 2021, they worked at Salym Petroleum Development as a Petroleum Engineer and Production Technologist. In 2021, Yura joined EY as a Senior Consultant before moving on to Nordgold as Deputy Director and then Director of the Project Management Office.

Yura Raiskiy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas (National Research University) in 2015. Yura then pursued a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the same university, completing it in 2017. In 2014, Yura also obtained a Continuing professional education in Strategic Management from Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas. Recently, in 2021, Yura engaged in Computer Science studies at JetBrains Academy.
