Charlotte Gorm Hansen

Charlotte Gorm Hansen is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in people and culture management. Currently serving as the Head of People and Culture at DKNIS - Nordic Insurance Software since April 2025, Charlotte has previously held multiple senior HR roles at Jobindex A/S from January 2013 to December 2024, including HR-chef, HR Business Partner for REK & ANN, and Sourcingansvarlig - rekruttering. Earlier in the career, Charlotte gained experience as a Screener at ManpowerGroup from June 2004 to January 2008.
