Tobias Hansson

Tobias Hansson is the VD of Hitachi Energy Sweden AB since July 2020, overseeing a workforce of over 6,000 employees across multiple locations. Tobias holds significant expertise in power transformers, having previously served as Senior Vice President with full P/L responsibility for factories in Europe at both Hitachi Energy and ABB. Throughout a career marked by leadership roles, Tobias has contributed to various organizations, including Teknikföretagen, Nordic Iron Ore AB, and Luleå University of Technology, where Tobias serves as Vice Chairman. Education includes a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Luleå University of Technology and additional leadership training at IMD.
