Miguel Nilsson

Miguel Nilsson is a seasoned professional in the life sciences industry with extensive experience in clinical operations and project management. Currently serving as Vice President of Clinical Operations for Rare Disease & Advanced Therapies at Novo Nordisk since January 2018, Miguel leads the planning and execution of clinical trials in specialized areas. In addition, Miguel has been a NOME Mentor at Nordic Mentor Network For Entrepreneurship since June 2021, contributing to the development of life science start-ups in the Nordic region. Previously, Miguel held key positions at TFS Trial Form Support, including Executive Director of Project Management, and at AstraZeneca R&D, where roles spanned from Clinical Study Leadership to Global Implementation Leader. Miguel began a career in clinical research as a Clinical Research Associate at Astra Draco and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Lund University.
