Emma Eriksson

Emma Eriksson is an Associate Consultant at Nordic Minds GmbH, specializing in Executive Research and People & Culture Assessment in M&A on an international level since April 2023. Previously, Emma worked as a Behavior Consultant at CBRE, where insights on productivity and spatial interactions in the future of work were explored. At The Stork, Emma served as a Social Media Analyst and contributed as a Behavioral Researcher for IE University's Student Spaces Team, conducting significant observational research presented to notable stakeholders. Emma's experience also includes a role as a Marketing Consultant with IEU LABs, where marketing strategies were developed for Hospital Universitario La Paz. Emma is pursuing a Bachelor of Behavior and Social Sciences at IE University, following an International Baccalaureate from Asociación Escuelas Lincoln.
