Simon began their career as a Research Scientist at Servier, where they conducted in vitro drug metabolism studies. Simon then worked as a Medical Representative at Ashfield In2Focus, promoting various therapeutic products in primary care settings. Simon later joined AstraZeneca as a Primary Care Representative, achieving exceptional results in GP call rates and representative-led meetings. Simon then moved to Pfizer as a Primary Care Representative, specializing in therapy areas such as overactive bladder syndrome, neuropathic pain, smoking cessation, and erectile dysfunction.

Simon's career progression continued with roles at Nordic Pharma, where they held positions such as Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Export Manager, Senior Business Development Manager, and Associate Director of Business Development.
